3. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by service providers necessary for the website and correspondence: our WEDOS hosting provider, the email service provider, and — only after the relevant consent — Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics and YouTube. Google services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in Google’s privacy policy.
4. Retention
Correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and protect legal claims, usually no longer than three years after the matter is closed unless the law or a resulting contract requires longer retention. Security logs are retained according to the hosting settings for the time necessary to protect the service and investigate incidents. Google Analytics data follows the retention setting of the Analytics property. Your consent choice remains on your device until you change it or clear browser storage.
5. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Consent can be withdrawn at any time using the permanent Cookies button; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
